Dato Hj Mohd Nazri B. Hj Dashah
Dato’ Hj Mohd Nazri b. Dashah served for 40 years as a Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) officer and retired as a Brigadier General in Jan 2019.
Throughout his career, he was involved in various management and development assignments mainly related to special force operations and trainings. Qualified Green Beret Commando from Army Special Warfare Centre in Sept 1981, he has vast knowledge and possess multi skills and specialisations in counter terrorism, security protection, special weapons, surface to air missile (SAM), security system, emergency management, humanitarian disaster relief (HADR), search and rescue (SAR), combat assault, targeting system and military drones.
Dato’ Nazri had the opportunities to train with foreign military forces from Australia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Korea, France, Philippines, Scotland, Singapore, Thailand, UK and US. He is the first Malaysian to be trained on digital Military Defence System where he attended Jernas Rapier Missile Course at RAF Honington UK in 1995. He has attended more than 30 courses during his military career. Dato’ Nazri is currently the President of MUDAS.
Dato’ Nazri is also the NGO Coordinator on Security and Protection for Disaster Response under NADMA (National Disaster Management Agency). He holds a Master Degree in Social Science (UKM) and a graduate of certified Asia Pacific Security Studies (APCSS) from Hawaii US.
